PhotoImpact 9 update patch (Build 1201)

This patch fixes a range of bugs in PhotoImpact 9 (also called PhotoImpact XL) including the following issues:

• New feature: Ulead PhotoImpact XL Menu Plug-in.
• Resizing a component results in a failure to render.
• Can’t open ” Ulead Color Picker” DB in Component Designer.
• Setting up the default printer in Win XP.
• The clipboard preview is causing a crash.
• Some problems for print functions.
• [Printer Poster] Crash if image is too large.
• Web Slide Show in Album exports exe file – can’t change name.
