PaintShop Pro 5.03 update

This patch includes over 100 bug fixes and addresses various stability issues. It includes all improvements from previous PaintShop 5.0x and Animation Shop 1.0x upgrades. Significantly PaintShop will now be compatible with Adobe Photoshop files, compression of files has been further optimized and new brushes and effects are available. Animation Shop has better transistion effects, some bug fixes and improved GIF compression to reduce the size of animation files. This patch cannot be applied to the demo versions.
