USB Digital-TV Reciever Driver

This download updates the driver for the USB Digital-TV receiver to the latest version as per manufacturers release notes. The 72drv_28113.zip driver is valid for all Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-950Q Digital TV Receivers with the following specs;

The Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-950Q is a hybrid solution that enables the viewing and recording of analogue and digital TV signals. NTSC is the analogue TV system adopted in North America and parts of South America. This is currently being phased out in favour of ASTC, the new digital format. ASTC adopted high-definition viewing at 1920x1080 pixels as well as 5.1 surround sound using the Dolby Digital AC3 format. QAM is the cable equivalent of ASTC, an Over the Air (OTA) standard. Clear QAM is the unencrypted variant of QAM which can be easily encrypted. Channels broadcast OTA are left unencrypted over cable due to FCC regulations.
