The Kworld UB423 ? D (Second Edition) is a high end TV tuner USB stick that can receive both analog as well as digital TV signals. Additionally, there is a channel setting feature that allows users to select how they would like to display their channel previews. The available options are 3×3 mode, 4×4 mode, 5×5 mode, L-mode or surround mode. Users can also take screen captures through the snapshot capture feature. These screenshots can be taken both individually, as well as continuously, thus creating a slideshow of images. There are a variety of supported image formats, including JPG, BMP and TIFF.

The product allows the users to organize and change their TV watching experience in a number of ways. For example, a time-shifting feature lets users pause the shows they are watching when necessary and play them at a later time. Users can also schedule recordings, something that comes in very handy for busy professionals who do not want to miss their favourite shows. Recorded video files can be saved in a number of formats, including those compatible with the Apple iOS and Sony?s PSP; allowing users to watch their shows on the go.
