Eizo Nanao FlexScan T761 is a 19 inch Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) monitor with a viewable area of 17.9 inch. It is equipped with a FD Trinitron picture tube, which is capable of providing 0.24 ? 0.25 (mm) varying striped pitch. The monitor can offer a maximum display resolution of 1024 x 768, at refresh rates as high as 142 Hz. It offers ports for both D-Sub, USB and BNC (coaxial cable) connectors. It supports simple Plug and Play installation via the USB port, ensuring that users do not have to go through a long, complex installation process. The monitor also offers Adjustable Color Correction feature, allowing users to fine tune the richness of colors displayed on screen according to their preferences.

The device makes use of the FD Trinitron picture tube originally developed by Sony in 1998. Initially it was only used in 32? and 36? CRT monitors manufactured by Sony, but later found use in monitors manufactured by many other manufacturers as well. The uniqueness of Trinitron is that in spite of being a CRT picture tube, it is completely flat in structure, and as a result reflects very little ambient light than what regular monitors with curved picture tubes would do. As a result, the user can view the screen comfortably for extended periods of time, without suffering from any discomfort in the eyes. The flat screen also ensures that the user does not notice distortions in the image, even when viewing the screen from an angle.
