HP LaserJet Professional M1130 MFP Series

The HP LaserJet Pro M1132 does not only ensure that you save on cost and desk space with multiple functions in one machine, but also gives you the chance to save energy as well. With the HP Auto-On/Auto-Off technology, it automatically turns your printer off when not in use, and turns it on once a printing job has been queued. It also has Instant-On Copy, and is Energy Star certified, ensuring that it meets typical energy consumption standards.

This device uses laser-printing technology similar to what is used in photocopying and LED printing. A copy of the image is read through different kinds of page description languages. Areas of the image are then charged to show which parts are exposed to light. From this, a laser beam creates a negative of the image. The surface is then exposed to toner, and then the photoreceptor will transfer the image onto the paper. Fusing will bond the toner to the paper, and a small plastic blade will then clean the image.
