The Conexant unified driver package is for HCF 56K PCI Modem driver. Conexant advises that you only need this driver if Windows 2000/XP did not automatically detect and install the driver. If your modem is not supported by the Windows built-in driver, you will be prompted for the driver – you have probably been through this process already. Once you download the driver package, unzip its contents and run HXFSetup.exe. Follow the prompts and you should be done.
