The Canon Selphy CP760 is a dye sublimation photo printer that allows you to bring it everywhere you go due to its design for portability. It has the ability to print directly from your memory card, USB flash disk, PictBridge-enabled digital camera or similar storage devices without the need of a computer. You also have the option to add the BU-30 Bluetooth interface that allows you to receive and print images wirelessly from your mobile phone or similar Bluetooth-capable devices as well.
The Canon Selphy CP760 uses a dye sublimation process to produce images. Inkjet printers basically use drops of ink to create an image and although the quality of print may depend on the printer?s capability as well, the individual droplets can actually be seen under magnification. This helps dye sublimation create more solid pictures, with its ability to create a more continuous tone.
