The NWADI Bus Enumerator is a software component used in the NovAtel OEM615. OEM615 is a compact Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver capable of operating on dual frequencies. The device offers the option of configuring as many as 120 channels. It supports a wide range of GPS class tracking frequencies, including L1, L2, and L2C. It also supports GLONASS L2 and L1 frequencies, Galileo E1 IOV signals, and a few other variants. The device is equipped with a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port, as well as 2 CAN bus ports, ensuring seamless connectivity. The maximum velocity limit for signal reacquisition offered by the product is 515 m/sec.
The product seamlessly supports GLObal NAvigation Satellite System, aka GLONASS, which is a satellite-based positioning system operating via radio waves. It was developed by the Russian Aerospace Defence Forces (RADF), and is the only available alternative for the Global Positioning System (GPS) used in the US. GLONASS is just as accurate as GPS technology, but operates on completely different frequencies. GLONASS satellites are capable of transmitting two different types of radio signals, namely, the standard precision (SP) type, and the high precision (HP) type. While SP signals are primarily used in civilian location trackers, the obfuscated HP signals are capable of extremely precise positioning, and are used in military operations.AUTHOR
