The HP Deskjet F300 Series offers multiple functions with its ability to print, scan and copy. Black printouts are produced at up to 600×600 dpi, while color prints are made at up to 4800×1200 optimized dpi. It uses drop on demand thermal inkjet technology. Its scanning capabilities are made easier through the Integrated Optical Character Recognition (OCR) program, which is capable of immediately converting text that has just been scanned into text that can be edited. It can also accommodate different kinds of paper depending on the need, including photo paper and premium paper.
The HP Deskjet F370 All in One Printer uses drop on demand thermal inkjet technology. This means that it uses cartridges that have chambers containing heaters, with these heaters heating the ink to form vapour and then bubbles. These bubbles are then projected as drops of ink onto the paper. This is the reason why other similar printers are called bubble jet printers. This should not be confused with the technology used for thermal printers though. Thermal printers heat the actual paper being used to produce images.AUTHOR
