The Belkin N150 Micro Wireless USB Adapter comes in an ultra-compact design for easy and convenient connection to the Internet. As small as it is, it can easily fit into any bag pouch or shirt pocket, or can be packed in with a laptop. It can achieve speeds of up to 150Mbps allowing smooth data transmission. It is appropriate for handling simple everyday activities such as emailing, web-surfing, and chatting. It also features a WPS push button security and is backwards-compatible with 802.11b and 802.11g wireless networks.

One of the few differences between Wireless USB and the use of the 60 GHz band as put forward by the WGA is mobility. The 60 GHz technology is attractive to the wireless video market because it supposedly delivers multiple-gigabit-speed wireless communications. For these requisites, the 60 GHz-based setup will require higher power consumption, and physically larger chips, which are less appropriate for mobile devices. For these reasons, Wireless USB may have an advantage over 60 GHz technology.
