Description The Yamaha DS-XG audio driver download contains the latest audio drivers and utilities for the Yamaha OPL3-SAX series with model numbers: YMF701, YMF711, YMF715 or YMF718. It can be used only on the 9x series of Windows (95/98/Me) and will install version 2343 of the driver onto your system. Important note: the audio chip has been discontinued and the driver was last updated in April 1999. It is highly unlikely to have any further updates - so make a backup copy for future use. Yamaha also provide the following advice: 'Yamaha sells audio integrated circuits and devices to companies that manufacture Personal Computers or PC peripherals. The products from these companies use various configurations. We therefore urge you to contact the manufacturer of your sound card or computer system to obtain the latest driver version for your operating system.
